Create a class project to help your community
Young Human Rights Changemakers
This program walks classrooms through the steps to develop a project that has a positive impact on the community. Through the program, participants work together to understand the human rights issues their community is facing and create a class project to help address the issue(s). Through the program, participants gain budget creation, leadership, communication, and entrepreneurship skills while developing a deeper understanding of what human rights are and how human rights impact their community. Participants also have the chance to see firsthand how their actions can have a positive impact on their community.
